To deliver AI-powered resume analysis and optimization, we transmit your resume content and job description to Google's Gemini API for processing. This transmission is governed by Google's API Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We recommend reviewing Google's policies if you have concerns about how your data is processed by their AI systems.

We use the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy practices:

• Google Gemini API: AI processing of resume and job description content.
• MongoDB Atlas: secure cloud database storage for your account and session data.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in a cloud-hosted MongoDB database. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Workflow session data, including uploaded resume content and analysis results, is retained to allow you to access past sessions. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
